Shipping Policy

 Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

**DUE TO COVID DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE DELAYED**

TIMEFRAMES

Orders are manually submitted everyday at 5:30 pm eastern standard time. If you submit an order after 5:30, your order will be accepted the following day at 5:30 pm eastern standard time.

Domestic Orders (USA)

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped after your initial order date. Please allow another 5-7 days to receive your package once shipped.

Shipping times do not include weekends, holidays nor the time the carrier takes to deliver the package.

International Orders (ALL OTHERS)

Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be packaged and shipped after your initial order date. Please allow another 10-30 days to receive your package once shipped. JRoss Arts shipping charges do not include and are not responsible for the destinations additional costs such as country’s duty, tax or customs fees. If applicable, these will be assessed once your order reaches its destination.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?

We offer standard shipping. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

STANDARD AND EXPEDITED SHIPPING RATES

Domestic:

Standard - (Estimated 5-10 Business Days) for orders $0-$50 = $4.99 / $51.99-$74.99 = $6.99 

International:

Standard international - (Estimated 10-30 Business Days) for orders  $0-$50 = $11.99 / 51.99-74.99 = $19.99

It is important to note that with both Domestic and International orders all times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.

WHAT IS THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

In general, when your order is packaged we will send you an email with tracking information as soon as it’s available.

Please note you must allow 7-14 days before reaching out for your package to be shipped. If it is past this time frame and you have not received shipping confirmation please send us an email.

*MADE TO ORDER*

Skateboards, clothing, stickers, pins, posters, prints and all accessories are made to order. Please allow at least 7-14 days for production time. 

CLOTHING, DECOR, ACCESSORIES,CUPS

All of these orders are fulfilled by Printify.

*MULTIPLES ITEMS ORDERED*

If you’ve ordered multiple things, please note due to fulfillment variations you may receive your order in a couple packages rather than in full. If you do not receive your order in full, this does not mean the other portion of has been lost or misplaced.

LOST OR MISPLACED ORDERS

JRoss Art is not responsible for any packages lost or misplaced in transit by the carrier. Once your carrier has dropped off/picked your order, we are not accountable for any events that take place after. No refunds will be issued if a package is lost or misplaced in transit.

Please contact the carrier to initiate a lost in mail claim to resolve this issue.

PRE ORDERS

Items listed as “Pre-Order” signify that the product is not in stock. You are securing a spot for a  product that will be released at a later date. Product arrival times depend on the item itself and the complexity of creating it. Please give an additional 2-4 weeks on top of our initial quoted shipping time frames that are listed above under “WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?”.
